Job description

Role Overview

This is a senior operations leadership opportunity with a fast-growing digital healthcare organization that is reimagining how sleep disorders are identified and treated across the United States. The role is centered on end-to-end clinical operations, with responsibility for delivering timely, consistent, and high-quality care from referral intake through treatment completion. It calls for a leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, improve complex clinical workflows, and build the systems needed to support rapid growth. You will partner closely with medical, product, technology, finance, and compliance teams to turn clinical strategy into day-to-day operational execution. The environment is highly collaborative and requires equal focus on patient experience, clinical quality, and operating efficiency at scale. This position is well suited to someone who wants to help shape modern, home-based sleep care for patients across the country.

Key Accountabilities

  • Direct and expand clinical operations across the full patient journey, supporting efficient and high-quality care delivery for providers, patients, and diagnostic processes.
  • Manage daily clinical operations involving physicians, nurse practitioners, and sleep technologists working across several states.
  • Develop and improve care coordination processes covering referral intake, diagnostics, treatment start, and continued patient support.
  • Create and maintain capacity-planning models, staffing strategies, and workforce optimization plans so clinical supply matches patient demand.
  • Take ownership of patient conversion and experience measures, pinpointing where patients drop out and implementing fixes across the care pathway.
  • Oversee the operational side of home sleep testing and therapy logistics, with attention to reliability, scale, and cost control.
  • Convert growth objectives into operating plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in coordination with finance and leadership.
  • Sponsor cross-functional projects that strengthen clinical processes, reinforce compliance, and improve overall system performance.
  • Lead and develop distributed operations teams while driving alignment, accountability, and ongoing improvement across functions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in clinical operations within healthcare, telehealth, or healthcare services settings.
  • At least 3 to 5+ years in senior leadership positions overseeing large, multi-functional teams of 50 or more employees.
  • Proven success scaling clinical or care delivery operations across multiple states or distributed care models.
  • Background in care coordination, patient operations, or workflow optimization in high-volume healthcare environments.
  • Ability to manage budgets, workforce planning, and unit economics or cost-per-patient analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with decisions grounded in data.
  • Experience working with clinical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in product, engineering, finance, and compliance.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, uncertain settings while maintaining strong execution and prioritization.
  • Preferred exposure to telehealth, digital health, ambulatory care, or rapidly growing healthcare organizations.
  • Preferred advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related clinical area.

Benefits

  • Executive-level compensation that is competitive for senior healthcare operations leadership roles.
  • Full health coverage, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
  • 100% remote setup with flexibility across U.S. time zones.
  • Substantial paid time off, including vacation, federal holidays, and paid sick leave.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching.
  • Annual phone and internet stipend to support remote work.
  • The chance to contribute to digital healthcare innovation with tangible patient impact.
  • A collaborative, mission-focused culture dedicated to improving access to care nationwide.
