Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh for a Clinic Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, coordinating patient movement, managing reception and front-office functions, and aligning the efforts of clinical and administrative teams. The role also includes staff scheduling, performance oversight, coaching and development support, and maintaining service quality in a patient-focused environment.

Key Duties

The Clinic Supervisor will help keep operations organized, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards. The role includes maintaining medical records properly, enforcing clinic policies, following healthcare safety requirements, addressing patient concerns, working with healthcare professionals to improve service delivery, preparing routine operational summaries, and assisting with supplies, inventory, and outside coordination when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Prior exposure to patient-facing service work is important, as the role requires handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and keeping the clinic environment professional and welcoming. Candidates should have a basic understanding of medical processes and clinic workflows, experience with medical documentation and confidentiality, and practical knowledge of clinic operations and compliance. A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred, though equivalent relevant experience may also be considered. Previous work in a clinic, hospital, or other healthcare setting in a supervisory or senior administrative role is expected. Strong English communication skills are required, Arabic will be an advantage, and applicants should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure. Familiarity with clinic management systems and basic computer applications such as MS Office is also needed.
