Client Advisor - Emiratization

About the Role

In this position, you will represent the Maison and create a memorable client journey that reflects Louis Vuitton’s service promise. The role focuses on building trusted, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, and helping the store and the team achieve performance goals.

Client Experience and Sales

• Greet every client warmly and provide service that meets the Maison’s highest standards.
• Work toward both personal and team sales targets while taking ownership of your own performance.
• Guide clients across the brand’s product lines and offer tailored, relevant recommendations.

Clienteling and Relationship Management

• Create durable client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and personalized clienteling.
• Proactively connect with existing and prospective clients to encourage loyalty and repeat store visits.

Brand Representation and Standards

• Build strong knowledge of the brand and its products so you can represent the Maison confidently and accurately.
• Maintain Louis Vuitton’s expectations for grooming, conduct, and exceptional service.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational requirements.

Team Contribution

• Collaborate positively with the team and support shared goals and store initiatives.
• Take part in day-to-day store operations and ongoing activities.

Candidate Profile

• Previous exposure to retail or luxury retail is an advantage.
• A strong customer-first mindset and commitment to premium service are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• You should be inquisitive, adaptable, and willing to learn quickly.
• Comfort in a busy, fast-moving retail setting is important.
• Arabic fluency is mandatory.
