- Coordinate across service lines with the Lead Client Partner to identify opportunities, align resources, and present integrated client solutions under the Deloitte brand.
- Maintain the quality of the pipeline and produce account insight reports, using performance data to guide decisions and turn findings into practical actions.
- Run strategy workshops to align stakeholders on client goals, actions, and resource requirements.
- Support pursuits by helping shape opportunity strategy, bringing in the right people, and positioning Deloitte to improve win rates and commercial results.
- Collect client feedback and lead win/loss reviews to sharpen the account approach and feed insights into future plans.
- Contribute commercially, operationally, and strategically as a business partner to the account team.
Experience and requirements
- You should bring strong commercial capability and at least 8 years of relevant experience in strategic or key account management within a complex B2B setting.
- Experience in a matrixed organisation is important, preferably in professional services or a similar corporate environment.
- You need proven ability in account planning and growth strategy, with a track record of helping shape account direction and ambition.
- Experience managing opportunities or pursuits through to completion is required.
- You should be a strong relationship builder who can work with internal stakeholders, including partners, and explain client needs from both business and commercial angles.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build teams, develop ideas, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Coaching and influencing ability, together with a credible and persuasive communication style, is expected.
- You must be a critical thinker who can ask open questions, probe deeply, and generate fresh ideas that support client relationship success.
