Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Nairobi focused on providing essential cleaning services. The Cleaning Services team member will be tasked with maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic office environment, encompassing workstations, meeting rooms, shared spaces, restrooms, and hallways. Daily duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, disposing of waste, and replenishing essential supplies like soap and tissues. The role also requires reporting any facility or safety concerns, adhering to security and privacy protocols when operating in sensitive areas, and utilizing cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in accordance with established company procedures. The selected candidate will collaborate with office personnel and management to uphold a professional workspace that aligns with the company’s security-centric and client-focused ethos.
