This position involves maintaining exemplary cleaning standards under management guidance. Responsibilities include proper usage and maintenance of cleaning tools, fostering positive relationships with clients at contract locations, addressing any queries or complaints swiftly, and performing any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness as directed by supervisors.
- Handle cleaning equipment responsibly and ensure its upkeep.
- Build and encourage good relations with clients at the workplace.
- Respond promptly and professionally to questions or issues raised.
- Carry out additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning with capability for manual tasks.
- Strong interpersonal abilities for effective communication.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and reading skills.
- Capacity to work cooperatively within a team and independently.
