Job overview
As a Clean Team Lead, you will help create a strong first and last impression for customers by keeping the store clean, safe, and orderly. This role supports cleanliness across the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and other parts of the facility.
Compensation
The hourly pay for this position is $19 to $32 per hour. The actual wage will meet or exceed the minimum wage required in the job location. Depending on the situation, additional premiums may be paid at rates between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour. These premiums may vary based on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed, and more than one premium may apply if the eligibility criteria are met. Annual or quarterly performance incentives may also be available.
