Clean Team Lead

Role summary

As a Clean Team Lead, you will help maintain a strong first and last impression for customers by keeping the store clean, safe, and orderly. The role covers cleanliness across the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and other parts of the facility.

Pay and compensation

This position pays an hourly wage of $20 to $33. The final hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required in the job location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premium pay may also be available in certain situations, with amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. These premiums can vary based on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work being performed, and more than one premium may apply when the qualifying conditions are met.

This is a full-time, onsite position based at Walmart Supercenter #2807, 2160 John Wayland Hwy, Harrisonburg, VA 22801, US.
