Job description
Role overview
LondonEnergy is hiring a Class 2 General Maintenance Operative for its Edmonton site in North London. This is a fixed-term position with a salary of £38,098.57 plus a 7.5% shift allowance.
About the company
LondonEnergy plays an important part in handling North London's waste and supporting environmental protection. The organisation processes around 750,000 tonnes of waste each year, making it the UK’s second-largest waste contract. Through its energy-from-waste operations, it generates enough power for roughly 80,000 homes annually and recycles 70% of items collected via its Reuse and Recycling Centres. Its impact relies on the commitment of its workforce.
