Role Summary

This is a contract, on-site supervisory position in Al Jubayl focused on cladding and insulation activities for industrial and construction projects. The role is responsible for making sure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards. It includes coordinating crews, checking installation quality, arranging material and equipment needs, and addressing site issues together with project engineers and other supervisors. The position also requires inspection, safety compliance checks, progress reporting, and support for team development and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day cladding and insulation operations on site.
• Allocate tasks and organize crews to meet project schedules.
• Track workmanship quality and ensure installations follow required specifications.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for the work front.
• Work with project engineers and other supervisors to resolve site-related issues.
• Carry out inspections and confirm compliance with safety procedures.
• Prepare progress updates, records, and other project documentation for management.
• Guide team members and encourage safe working practices throughout the job.
• Support efficient execution so project milestones are achieved on time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven background in supervising cladding and insulation works in industrial, oil and gas, or construction environments, with sound knowledge of materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to understand technical drawings, insulation and cladding specifications, and method statements.
• Strong awareness of HSE requirements, including risk assessment and permit-to-work controls.
• Experience in coordinating manpower, planning daily tasks, and leading crews in a busy site setting.
• Capability to inspect work quality, identify defects or nonconformities, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with engineers, contractors, and site management, and for reporting daily activity.
• Prior exposure to Saudi Aramco or comparable international standards is considered an advantage.
• A relevant technical diploma or trade certification in insulation, cladding, mechanical, or construction disciplines is preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site in Al Jubayl and adjust to changing priorities and schedules.
