- Support PSDP coordination for live projects and act as PSCS on live sites within your scope, ensuring all required documentation is available and current.
- Carry out regular site safety inspections and lead toolbox talks and white-board meetings.
- Apply strong project management methods, including Lean Construction and Last Planner practices.
- Track project progress, risks, and opportunities, and take action to reduce risk where possible.
- Prepare monthly performance updates covering programme, budget, and HSQE matters for the framework manager.
- Lead procurement of materials and subcontract packages so they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee project cashflow and work with commercial leadership to ensure interim payment applications are raised on schedule.
- Contribute to resource planning and recruitment as a hiring manager, and offer input on future tender opportunities as needed.
- Handle client and stakeholder complaints promptly and gather feedback through client satisfaction surveys.
- Stay up to date with current standards and technology through continuous professional development.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years in a similar civil project management role, preferably in water and wastewater.
- Strong understanding of construction health and safety legislation and site compliance.
- Practical experience in civil engineering delivery across earthworks, concrete, precast, pipelines, building works, and finishing works.

- Proficient in project scheduling and Microsoft Office tools.
- Full driving licence required.
