Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Civil Engineer to help manage and supervise construction and real estate development work. In this role, you will support day-to-day project execution, confirm that work follows engineering standards, and help keep delivery on schedule and to the required quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction work on site and keep an eye on how execution is progressing.
- Check that activities match the approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
- Follow project milestones and contribute to completing work on time.
- Work closely with contractors, consultants, and other project participants to keep coordination smooth.
- Review manpower performance and identify the resources needed at the site.
- Take part in inspections, handover activities, and technical assessments.
- Draft technical updates and share practical recommendations with project leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate development and construction is needed.
- Good understanding of construction methods, site supervision, and quality assurance practices.
- Comfortable using engineering tools and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
