Role Overview

The company is hiring a Citizenship Consultant to work from Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. This role sits within the Consultancy & Advisory department and focuses on client acquisition, sales, relationship management, and support for immigration and citizenship-by-investment services.

Core Responsibilities

  • Track and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and performance targets.
  • Identify prospects, introduce the company, and manage client relationships on behalf of the business.
  • Handle telecalling, business development, sales activities, and data management.
  • Carry out preliminary KYC checks to judge client suitability and reduce exposure to operational risk.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings with clients with the goal of closing deals and onboarding them.
  • Build working knowledge of global immigration and citizenship-by-investment programmes.
  • Manage budgets and timelines while keeping projects on schedule.
  • Support revenue growth for the organization.
  • Meet client acquisition, relationship, and KPI targets set by management.
  • Attend client meetings to develop relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and help ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Drive sales through direct sales channels.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams and follow up on projects, clients, and colleagues.
  • Conduct customer reviews to confirm satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
  • Make cold calls within the relevant market or region to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Meet prospective clients by expanding and using your network.
  • Resolve objections by clarifying concerns, reinforcing agreements, and guiding discussions to a positive outcome.
  • Use appropriate communication and negotiation styles depending on the situation.
  • Support client acquisition, client servicing, relationship management, business development, operations, and administration tasks as needed.
  • Build productive relationships with senior managers, external stakeholders, and colleagues across departments to support business goals.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
