Role Overview

Aurify is searching for a forward-thinking, hands-on Chief Technology Officer to guide the engineering function and help the business scale its B2C visual AI product. This is a full-time executive role offered on a fully remote basis, with a strong preference for candidates located in the United States or Seoul, South Korea.

What You Will Lead

• Integrating and overseeing AI APIs used for image, video, and avatar generation.
• Designing a reliable, scalable technical architecture that can support large volumes of content efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Managing a small, agile engineering team that currently includes front-end and back-end developers.
• Making quick strategic decisions as model capabilities and competitive conditions evolve.
• Controlling infrastructure and token spend as usage increases.
• Working with marketing and content teams to ensure the generated output meets consumer-quality expectations.

Experience Profile

This position is intended for someone who has already built and shipped a consumer-facing product where AI-generated visual content is the core experience. The ideal background includes direct work on apps or websites for image generation, video generation, AI avatars, or similar visual AI products. Familiarity with the practical challenges of generation quality, latency, API economics, and rapidly changing model options is important.
