Opportunity Overview

A well-established, Ontario-based provider of non-emergency medical transportation is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to support the next phase of its growth. This is a standout senior leadership opening for an executive who is commercially sharp, operationally strong, and motivated by scaling a business through a significant expansion period.

The organization is a second-generation, family-led company that has already expanded substantially in recent years. Its next objective is to double revenue over the coming three to four years, and it needs a trusted executive partner to help put in place the structure, people, and operating model to make that happen.

Role Focus

The incoming COO will work closely with the ownership group to shape strategy, support commercial expansion, improve operational rigor, and strengthen the leadership bench. The role will also play an important part in defining the company culture and creating long-term enterprise value.

Ideal Background

The preferred candidate will have a demonstrated history of leading mid-market organizations through meaningful growth. Experience in service-based businesses, logistics, healthcare transportation, multi-site operations, or other similarly complex operating environments would be highly relevant.

This is an onsite position based in Pickering, Ontario.
