It supports multinational manufacturers in dealing with demanding regulatory obligations and has built relationships with several leading industrial companies worldwide. The organization is small, and the working style is highly execution-oriented.
Role Summary
This position is primarily an operating role. You will oversee the company’s day-to-day activities, taking ownership of revenue, execution, and internal processes while the founders concentrate on product direction and long-term vision. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic builder who works quickly, simplifies complexity, and delivers results with minimal friction.
Core Ownership Areas
- Lead revenue performance by managing pipeline development, conversion, and customer retention across a global enterprise client base.
- Steer operations, including hiring, process design, performance metrics, and coordination across functions.
- Manage and expand international sales relationships across Europe, North America, Asia, and other strategic industrial markets.
Candidate Profile
- You bring substantial operating experience and have helped scale a B2B SaaS company.
- You are genuinely comfortable with sales and can confidently represent the business, even if you have not built a career purely in selling.
- You use data to manage performance, relying on dashboards and accountability to guide decision-making.
- Experience in SaaS, automotive, or supply chain environments would be a strong advantage.
- You have worked with or sold to international and global markets.
- You are at ease in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
