Job description

Organization Overview

Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) and Performance Racing Industry (PRI) sit at the center of the automotive aftermarket and motorsports world. Together, they support a global business network that includes performance parts, racing technology, restoration, restyling, and a wide range of specialty automotive products and services.

SEMA is a mission-driven trade association serving manufacturers, distributors, retailers, builders, publishers, race teams, and other industry participants. The organization contributes to a retail market valued at nearly $53 billion annually and helps members expand through advocacy, research, programs, and major events such as the SEMA Show, one of the largest automotive trade shows in the world.

PRI extends that reach into the racing sector. Operating since 1986, it provides business intelligence, technology insights, and networking opportunities for racing professionals. Its annual PRI Trade Show in Indianapolis attracts more than 1,000 exhibitors and thousands of industry stakeholders, supported by advocacy, media, education, and year-round community engagement.

Collectively, SEMA and PRI support thousands of companies, connect professionals across the globe, and help shape the future of automotive performance and racing.
