Chief Operating Officer

Role overview

SHURE is looking for a seasoned, action-driven Chief Operating Officer to take ownership of operations, strengthen execution, and support scalable growth across the business. The role partners closely with the CEO to monitor operational results, shape repeatable processes, and keep strategy, technology, and service delivery working in sync.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across all departments.
• Design, improve, and maintain operating workflows, SOPs, and governance structures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and performance management practices.
• Set up KPIs and build structured operational reporting.
• Coordinate work across medical, customer service, technology, and marketing teams.
• Strengthen operational efficiency and service quality.
• Contribute to growth plans and expansion initiatives.
• Help build a culture centered on execution and accountability.

What we are looking for

• At least 7 years of leadership experience in operations or general management.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare operations and the healthcare industry.
• Practical exposure to telemedicine or virtual care environments is important.
• A technical background, or the ability to collaborate effectively with product and technology teams on systems, integrations, automation, and digital platforms.
• Experience leading diverse teams and service-based operations.
• Strong project management and delivery focus.
• Ability to create processes, policies, and operational standards from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior work with physicians, customer support teams, and external vendors is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA is beneficial.
