Role Summary

This is a full-time remote leadership position responsible for managing everyday operations and ensuring that strategic plans are executed effectively across the organization. The Chief Operating Officer will shape and improve operational systems, keep business strategy aligned with execution, and help the company scale in a structured way. The role involves close partnership with the executive team to build and roll out business plans, oversee budgets, and review financial results. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience with finance and budgeting, including forecasting, expense control, and monitoring financial performance.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited to a remote, globally distributed workplace.
• Experience in digital platforms, media, or professional services is considered an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related subject; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
