- Help leaders identify the highest-value OKRs and strategic initiatives.
- Set up and review dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that support performance management and decision-making.
- Spot and implement ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs while protecting quality.
- Back growth initiatives such as better sales productivity and market expansion.

- Coach and develop leaders while strengthening performance management and accountability.
- Improve systems and processes so the business can adapt quickly as conditions change.
Qualifications
- A post-secondary credential is preferred, such as a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field; an MBA or master’s degree is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
- At least 10 years of senior leadership experience with strong strategic thinking, financial understanding, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience scaling organizations to $100M+ is a plus, particularly in SaaS or software.
- Strong grasp of business and financial drivers, including P&L levers.
- Evidence of improving operational performance, efficiency, and growth in measurable ways.
- Experience owning P&L in a high-growth environment.
