- Contribute to mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and expansion projects when needed.
- Hire, coach, and lead a strong finance team.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration is required.
Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, MBA, or an equivalent qualification are preferred.
The ideal candidate will bring more than 10 years of finance leadership experience, with preference for exposure to financial services, fintech, banking, investment management, or corporate finance.
Strong command of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and corporate governance is expected, along with excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
Benefits
The role offers competitive executive compensation, an annual performance bonus, and stock or long-term incentive opportunities where applicable.
Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid leave, company holidays, professional development support, and the opportunity to work within an executive leadership team.
Business Areas
The newly established financial subsidiaries operate across investment management, corporate finance, treasury management, digital financial services, fintech, payment solutions, financial infrastructure, risk management, strategic consulting, digital asset infrastructure, and institutional financial services.
Mission
