About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer to guide the company into its next stage of expansion, innovation, and lasting performance. This leader will shape and carry out the organization’s strategic roadmap, strengthen operational effectiveness, build a results-driven culture, and support long-term, sustainable growth.

The right person will bring senior executive experience, a strong record of scaling organizations, leading talented teams, managing complex operations, and producing clear business outcomes. This role involves close partnership with the Board of Directors, executive leaders, investors, and other important stakeholders to advance the company’s mission and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Set the organization’s vision, mission, and long-range strategy, then turn that plan into action.
  • Provide enterprise-wide leadership across all business functions and major corporate initiatives.
  • Support durable growth in revenue, profitability, and overall performance.
  • Coach and lead the executive team while encouraging ownership, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Spot, assess, and pursue new opportunities for partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion.
  • Create and track KPIs that show how the business is performing.
  • Oversee operational, financial, and strategic coordination across departments.
  • Serve as a public-facing representative with investors, customers, partners, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Direct budgeting, financial planning, capital deployment, and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and keep the organization focused on strong execution.
  • Make sure the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, and governance requirements.
  • Develop durable relationships with customers, partners, shareholders, and community leaders.
  • Lead major change efforts and encourage innovation throughout the organization.
  • Provide the Board of Directors with regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • An MBA or another advanced qualification is preferred.
  • At least 20 years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizations through growth, transformation, and operational scaling.
  • Strong commercial judgment with expertise in strategy, finance, operations, and organizational leadership.
  • A proven history of improving revenue, profitability, and long-term enterprise value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience partnering with boards, investors, and executive teams.
  • Strong capability in decision-making, problem-solving, and organization building.
  • Preferred background in financial services, fintech, technology, SaaS, investment management, healthcare, manufacturing, or similar high-growth sectors.
  • Experience leading multi-functional organizations across different markets is an advantage.
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, corporate development, or business expansion is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
