  • Deliver financial analysis, management dashboards/reports, and practical recommendations to guide business decisions.
  • Oversee project accounting activities such as job costing, work-in-progress tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability review.
  • Compare project budgets with actual spending and highlight variances for management review.
  • Check subcontractor invoices and payments, progress billings, retention amounts, and any contract changes.
  • Ensure adherence to VAT requirements, tax rules, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
  • Set up and maintain strong internal controls along with proper, accurate financial records.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors and close audit observations in a timely manner.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure salaries are paid correctly and on schedule through the Wage Protection System.
  • Account for payroll-related obligations such as annual leave, flight ticket accruals, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Track project cash flow, working capital needs, and overall liquidity position.
  • Oversee bank accounts, payment scheduling, cash deployment, and banking relationships.
  • Lead, guide, and develop the accounting team to improve productivity and professional capability.
  • Streamline accounting workflows, reporting tools, and finance processes to improve accuracy, control, and efficiency.

Requirements
