About the role

FedEx is hiring a courier to join its delivery team in Swansea, Wales. This is a full-time onsite position focused on collecting and delivering parcels safely, efficiently, and with strong customer service.

Working details

The role requires 45 working hours per week. The hourly rate is £15.01. Additional premium pay applies for hours worked between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm at £1.61 per hour, and between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am at £1.95 per hour.

What the job involves

  • Acting as the face of FedEx while courteously collecting and delivering customer parcels.
  • Operating FedEx fleet vehicles along assigned routes across different postcodes to ensure deliveries arrive at the correct destination on time.
  • Driving in a safe and lawful manner at all times.
  • Adhering to all FedEx health and safety standards, along with internal policies and procedures.
