Cash Application Specialist (Third-party Contract)

Role Overview

DuPont Specialty Products is seeking a Cash Application Specialist for its Hyderabad location on a third-party contract basis. The position focuses on accounts receivable operations, cash application support, customer query handling, and month-end accounting activities within a 24/7 work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle questions and issues connected to cash application, accounting requests, and sales/collections follow-ups, while coordinating with the relevant counterparties.
• Support month-end close activities for accounts receivable, including debit note or credit note creation, calculations, and customer account reconciliations.
• Use SAP or another ERP platform with practical, hands-on proficiency to support daily AR operations.

Required Experience and Skills

• Bring 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Maintain a strong accounting foundation with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Understand the OTC cycle and related AR workflows.
• Be willing to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Apply analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and structured problem-solving to daily work.
• Communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Work confidently with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Prior SAP experience is required/preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
• Exposure to complex transitions in the AR domain is desirable.

Education and Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Com degree in any specialization. Candidates with the required accounts receivable background and the flexibility to work shift schedules are suitable for this role.

Additional Information

This role is based in Hyderabad, India and is offered on a third-party contract basis. The compensation provided is in the range of INR 6,00,000 to INR 9,00,000 per year.
