Role overview
Walmart is hiring a full-time Cart Attendant for its Easton, Pennsylvania store. In this role, you will help create a strong first and final impression for shoppers by keeping carts available, organized, and clean, while supporting a safe and welcoming store environment.
What you will do
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and return them to the store as needed.
- Use equipment to transport carts from the parking area into the store.
- Keep carts sanitary and presentable for customer use.
- Work outdoors and maintain a helpful, positive attitude in all weather conditions.
Work schedule
This position is full-time and offers opening and morning shifts.

Pay and additional compensation
The hourly wage for this role is $15 to $28 per hour. The base pay will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the work location. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, premium pay may be available from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and more than one premium can apply if multiple conditions are met. In addition, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be offered.
