Cart Attendant

Role overview

As a Cart Attendant, you’ll help create a strong first and last impression for shoppers by keeping carts available, moving them from the parking area into the store, and making sure they stay clean and sanitary. This role calls for a consistently positive attitude and the ability to work comfortably in all weather conditions.

Work schedule

This position is available as full-time or part-time. Shifts may include opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing hours.

Pay and additional compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $15 to $28. The rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the work location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available.

Extra premium pay may also apply in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. These premiums can depend on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, and more than one premium may be paid if the qualifying conditions are met.
