Cart Attendant

Job overview

As a Cart Attendant, you’ll help create a positive first and last impression for shoppers by keeping carts available, organized, and clean. The role includes collecting carts from the parking lot, using equipment to move them back into the store, and maintaining cart sanitation and overall cleanliness. This position calls for a consistently positive attitude, including while working in all weather conditions.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $14 to $27 per hour. The pay offered will meet or exceed the local minimum wage requirement. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may also be available in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; more than one premium can apply if multiple conditions are met.

This role is available as full-time or part-time, with mid-shift and closing shifts mentioned as available options.
