Role Overview

This position is for a home caregiver in Ormond Beach, Florida, offering meaningful one-on-one support to clients in their homes. The role is focused on steady weekly earnings, reliable scheduling, and paid training, with a care team available to help you succeed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range of $15.50 to $16.00 per hour, paid weekly with direct deposit.
• Referral bonus of $700 for caregiver recommendations.

Key Duties

• Build trusted relationships with clients by providing companionship and caring support.
• Prepare meals and handle light household tasks.
• Deliver personal care assistance, such as grooming, bathing, restroom support, and incontinence care.

Support Provided

• Quick placement for applicants who meet the qualifications.
• Access to a dedicated support team available around the clock.
• Use of a mobile app to receive live updates, manage schedules, and track earnings.

Candidate Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Availability for at least two weekly shifts with the same client or clients to ensure consistent care.
• Basic English communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing are needed; bilingual and multilingual applicants are welcome.
• Ability to complete required compliance, licensing, or registration steps, including CPR certification.
