Role Summary
The Career Consultant will be based in Dubai and work on-site full time to support real estate brokers as they evaluate and choose their next career move. The position centers on one-to-one guidance, reviewing a candidate’s background and aspirations, and recommending brokerage options that align with their profile. The consultant will also maintain an active candidate pipeline, help brokers navigate decisions with balanced and practical advice, and keep brokerage information current and accurate in coordination with internal teams. In addition, the role may involve contributing to guides, tools, or workshops that help brokers better understand career opportunities in UAE real estate. Relationship building with both brokers and brokerages is an important part of the role, with a focus on creating strong, lasting professional matches.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold individual consultations to understand each broker’s experience, goals, and career direction.
- Review candidate profiles and guide them toward brokerage opportunities that fit their needs.
- Manage and progress a pipeline of broker candidates through the decision-making process.
- Share clear, objective, and balanced information about different brokerage environments.
- Work with internal teams to ensure brokerage data remains accurate and current.
- Support the development of resources, tools, or workshops that explain career paths in UAE real estate.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with brokers and brokerages to encourage long-term alignment and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong capability in career counseling, career development, and career management for guiding short- and long-term decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including attentive listening, clear spoken communication, and polished written communication.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or advisory work in real estate or professional services is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of the UAE real estate market, brokerage setups, and commission structures is beneficial.
- Must be comfortable working on-site in Dubai, handling multiple stakeholders, and giving impartial, ethics-led advice.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Counseling, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to use CRM or candidate management systems along with standard office tools.
