Key Responsibilities
- Run effective one-to-one coaching conversations centred on career direction, progression, and job search planning.
- Lead group coaching sessions that develop professional capability, employability, and career growth.

- Deliver live coaching sessions online across different international time zones.

Requirements
- You must hold a recognised coaching credential from ICF or EMCC.
- ACC level accreditation or above will be considered a plus.
- You should have proven experience coaching professionals at different stages of their careers.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering individual coaching programmes is needed.
- You should be comfortable facilitating group coaching and workshop sessions.
- The role requires the ability to guide people through transitions and advancement in their careers.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities are essential.
- Remote working experience and the ability to support people in multiple regions and time zones are important.
- You need a solid understanding of career development models and coaching approaches.
- Experience using psychometric assessment tools would be beneficial.
- Ongoing learning, supervision, and commitment to coaching best practice are expected.

Recruitment Process
