The position centres on career planning, transitions, professional growth, and job search support in a remote setting with global reach.

What you will do

  • Run individual coaching sessions that help participants with career planning, progression, and effective job search approaches.
  • Lead group coaching discussions on career growth, professional development, and employability capability.
  • Contribute to team coaching activities that improve collaboration and overall team performance.
  • Inspire participants to stay committed to their career development objectives.
  • Facilitate live online coaching across several international time zones.
  • Offer guidance on self-leadership, career choices, and professional advancement.
  • Build coaching relationships based on trust, accountability, and consistent support.
  • Help learners recognise suitable career paths and pursue opportunities aligned to their goals.
  • Engage with industry contacts and employer networks to broaden employment opportunities.
  • Safeguard confidential information and manage sensitive personal details with care.

Requirements

  • A coaching qualification recognised by ICF or EMCC is required.
  • ACC accreditation or a higher level of accreditation is considered an advantage.
  • Proven background in career coaching for professionals at different stages of their careers.
  • Strong experience delivering one-to-one coaching programmes.
  • Comfort and capability in leading group coaching sessions and training workshops.
  • Ability to guide people through career changes and progression decisions.
  • Excellent skills in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prior experience working remotely and supporting people across regions and time zones.
  • Good understanding of career development models and coaching methods.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessment tools is beneficial.
  • A commitment to continuing professional development, supervision, and best-practice coaching.

Recruitment process
