What you will do
- Run individual coaching sessions that help participants with career planning, progression, and effective job search approaches.
- Lead group coaching discussions on career growth, professional development, and employability capability.
- Contribute to team coaching activities that improve collaboration and overall team performance.
- Inspire participants to stay committed to their career development objectives.
- Facilitate live online coaching across several international time zones.
- Offer guidance on self-leadership, career choices, and professional advancement.
- Build coaching relationships based on trust, accountability, and consistent support.
- Help learners recognise suitable career paths and pursue opportunities aligned to their goals.
- Engage with industry contacts and employer networks to broaden employment opportunities.
- Safeguard confidential information and manage sensitive personal details with care.
Requirements
- A coaching qualification recognised by ICF or EMCC is required.
- ACC accreditation or a higher level of accreditation is considered an advantage.
- Proven background in career coaching for professionals at different stages of their careers.
- Strong experience delivering one-to-one coaching programmes.
- Comfort and capability in leading group coaching sessions and training workshops.
- Ability to guide people through career changes and progression decisions.
- Excellent skills in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
- Prior experience working remotely and supporting people across regions and time zones.
- Good understanding of career development models and coaching methods.
- Exposure to psychometric assessment tools is beneficial.
- A commitment to continuing professional development, supervision, and best-practice coaching.

Recruitment process
