About the Role

This opening sits within a wider network of forward-looking partner organisations and is for an experienced Career Coach who can deliver meaningful coaching outcomes for professionals at different stages of their careers.

The position is fully remote and works across a globally connected setting. The coach will help individuals with career planning, career changes, professional growth, and job search support, while also strengthening self-leadership and career decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Run high-quality one-on-one coaching conversations centred on career planning, progression, and job search strategy.
• Lead group coaching sessions that build professional capability, career momentum, and employability skills.
• Contribute to team coaching efforts that improve collaboration and overall team effectiveness.
• Keep participants encouraged and accountable as they work toward their development goals.
• Deliver live virtual coaching sessions across multiple international time zones.
• Offer practical guidance on self-leadership, career choices, and long-term professional development.
• Build trusted coaching relationships based on reliability, confidentiality, and accountability.
• Help learners identify suitable opportunities and move toward them with confidence.
• Connect with industry contacts and employer communities to broaden access to employment pathways.
• Protect sensitive personal information and handle it with discretion.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised coaching credential from ICF or EMCC is required.
• ACC level accreditation or above would be an advantage.
• Proven background as a Career Coach supporting professionals at varying career stages.
• Strong track record in one-to-one coaching delivery.
• Experience running group coaching sessions and training workshops.
• Ability to guide people through career transitions and progression.
• Well-developed relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfort working remotely with individuals in different regions and time zones.
• Solid understanding of career development models and coaching methods.
• Exposure to psychometric assessment tools would be beneficial.
• Ongoing commitment to learning, supervision, and best-practice coaching.

Recruitment Process

• Application submission: Candidates complete an online form and answer short application questions.
• Initial screening: Applications are reviewed for alignment with the role, and suitable candidates proceed to the longlist.
• Video interview stage: Selected applicants record short responses to 3–4 role-specific questions.
• Live interviews: Shortlisted candidates attend first-round interviews, with additional rounds if needed for the role.
• Final shortlist and verification: Reference checks and background checks are completed.
• Offer and contracting: Successful candidates receive a formal offer and contract documents.
• Pre-boarding and onboarding: After acceptance, candidates complete pre-boarding before joining the employing organisation within the employer group.
