Role summary

The organisation is looking for an accomplished Career Coach who can create high-quality coaching experiences for professionals. The role supports people with career direction, leadership at the individual level, professional growth, career changes, and job search support, all delivered in a remote environment that spans different regions and time zones.

What you will do

  • Run one-on-one coaching sessions that help participants plan their careers, move forward, and improve job search approaches.
  • Lead group coaching sessions on career development, employability, and broader professional skills.
  • Contribute to team coaching activities that improve collaboration and overall team performance.
  • Motivate participants and help them stay focused on their career goals.
  • Deliver live coaching online across multiple global time zones.
  • Offer support on self-leadership, career choices, and personal career progression.
  • Build trusted coaching relationships grounded in accountability and confidentiality.
  • Help learners identify suitable career paths and pursue opportunities that match their goals.
  • Connect with industry contacts and employer communities to widen employment options.
  • Manage sensitive information carefully and maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

  • A coaching qualification recognised by ICF or EMCC is required.
  • ACC accreditation or a higher credential is considered an advantage.
  • Proven background as a Career Coach working with professionals at different stages of their careers.
  • Strong experience delivering individual coaching programmes.
  • Comfort and capability in facilitating group coaching and training sessions.
  • Ability to support people through career transitions as well as advancement opportunities.
  • Well-developed relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting clients remotely across regions and time zones.
  • Good knowledge of career development models and coaching methods.
  • Experience using psychometric tools will be beneficial.
  • Commitment to continued learning, supervision, and high standards in coaching practice.

Recruitment process

The hiring process is designed to be fair, transparent, and multi-stage so that both sides can assess fit.

  • Video interview stage: shortlisted applicants record short answers to 3 to 4 role-related questions.

  • Offer and contracting: successful candidates receive formal offer and contract documents.
