Key Responsibilities
- Run personalised one-to-one coaching sessions that cover career planning, progression, and effective job search approaches.
- Lead group coaching discussions on professional growth, career advancement, and employability skills.
- Contribute to team coaching efforts that improve collaboration and overall team performance.
- Inspire participants to stay engaged and make steady progress toward their career goals.
- Deliver live virtual coaching across different time zones around the world.
- Advise people on self-leadership, career choices, and professional development.
- Build trusted coaching relationships that encourage accountability and follow-through.
- Help learners identify suitable career paths and explore relevant opportunities.
- Connect with industry professionals and employer networks to broaden employment options.
- Protect confidentiality and manage sensitive personal information with care.
Requirements
- A recognised coaching qualification accredited by ICF or EMCC is required.
- ACC certification or a higher credential would be an advantage.
- Proven background as a Career Coach working with professionals at different stages of their careers.
- Strong capability in delivering individual coaching programmes.
- Experience running group coaching sessions and training workshops.
- Ability to guide people through career changes and progression decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working remotely with people in multiple regions and time zones.
- Good understanding of career development models and coaching approaches.
- Exposure to psychometric tools would be beneficial.
- Commitment to continuous learning, supervision, and strong coaching standards.

Recruitment Process
