About the role
We are looking for dependable and motivated career changers to join our team as ticket inspectors in the Nidderau area. You will work 40 hours per week in a permanent full-time role and can start as soon as possible. The pay for this position ranges from EUR 16.00 to EUR 25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Check passengers' tickets carefully and help keep operations running smoothly on the train.
- Politely explain fare rules and answer questions about tickets and pricing.
- Record passenger counts and ticket checks accurately to support service quality.
- Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to support order and safety onboard.
- Work closely with train staff to ensure a pleasant and coordinated journey for everyone.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills for clear interaction with passengers and colleagues.
- Good social skills and empathy when dealing with passenger needs and concerns.
- Ability to work well in a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidence and assertiveness to handle challenging situations and uphold rules.

- No §34a certificate is required at the start; support is provided for the required §34a training under the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
