Car Wash Associate

Role Overview

Join a fast-moving, team-oriented car wash environment where attention to detail and customer experience matter every day. As a Car Wash Associate, you will help create a welcoming first impression, keep the site organized and safe, and ensure each vehicle meets the company’s quality expectations before it leaves.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will focus on customer interaction, site upkeep, vehicle inspection, teamwork, and maintaining a smooth flow of operations. You will be expected to stay proactive, notice issues early, and help resolve them before they affect the customer experience or site performance.

What You Will Do

• Greet each customer with a positive attitude, answer basic questions, and help guide them through the service experience.
• Keep the lot clean, orderly, and safe so the site always presents a polished appearance.
• Inspect vehicles carefully and make sure every car meets the required finish and quality expectations.
• Identify hazards or operational issues early and take action without waiting for direction.
• Work closely with Tunnel Operators and site leaders to support day-to-day operations.
• Maintain supplies, towels, and other essentials so the location remains well stocked and ready for business.

What We’re Looking For

This role suits someone with dependable attendance, a customer-friendly communication style, and the ability to work outdoors throughout the shift. You should be comfortable with repeated tasks, able to stay focused on quality, and available to work weekends and holidays. Safe lifting up to 40 lbs is also required. Experience in customer service or outdoor work is an advantage, but the right attitude can be trained.

Work Conditions
