Car Spotter

Role Overview

Joe Morgan Honda is hiring a Car Spotter to support the dealership’s day-to-day vehicle movement and lot presentation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working around cars, staying organized, and helping a dealership operate efficiently and maintain a polished appearance.

What You’ll Do

• Safely move vehicles around the lot and park them in the right spots.
• Arrange cars neatly so the lot looks organized and visually appealing.
• Help coordinate vehicle deliveries and keep the inventory area organized.
• Maintain a clean lot by removing trash and other debris.
• Assist the sales and service teams with vehicle movement and coordination.
• From time to time, help with basic vehicle support tasks such as fueling, jump-starting, or checking batteries.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
• A dependable person who shows up on time and pays attention to details.
• Someone who can work on their own and also collaborate well with others.
• Comfort working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
