Role Overview

We are looking for a Captain Order to join a restaurant/hospitality team in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on delivering a smooth guest experience, taking orders accurately, and supporting daily front-of-house service.

Key Duties

• Welcome guests in a courteous, professional manner and make them feel attended to from the moment they arrive.
• Walk customers through the menu, answer basic questions, and suggest suitable dishes or options.
• Record orders carefully and enter them into the system without errors.
• Keep track of orders and ensure they are served correctly and on time.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns in a polite, solution-oriented way.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is required.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional manners are expected.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with a team.
• Arabic language proficiency is required; English fluency is preferred.
