Cannabis Mid Shift/Packer Position

From The Earth is a locally run cannabis retailer and delivery business serving customers with a focus on product quality and high-touch service. The Santa Ana team is looking for a reliable, self-driven hybrid mid shift / packer to support day-to-day operations.

Role Summary

This is a versatile operations role that combines packing, dispatch support, delivery support, and general store assistance. The position is key to keeping work moving smoothly, maintaining accuracy, and helping the location stay operationally prepared throughout the shift. It is best suited to someone who is adaptable and comfortable switching between tasks as needs change.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack pickup and delivery orders carefully and verify them using a two-person check process.
• Receive and help coordinate incoming orders.
• Assist dispatch by answering calls, supporting routing needs, and relaying operational updates.
• Prepare and arrange orders in a way that keeps the workflow moving efficiently.
• Back up delivery operations, including driving and operating company vehicles when extra coverage is needed.
• Use company-provided vehicles when driving duties are assigned; fuel and insurance are covered by the employer.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and aligned with compliance expectations.
• Take on other operational tasks as required by business priorities.

Requirements

• Consistent, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stay organized, handle several tasks at once, and remain detail-focused in a busy environment.
• A cooperative, positive, team-first approach.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Budtending background is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational ability.
• Clean driving record.
• Must continue to qualify to drive company vehicles.
• Comfort working in a flexible, cross-functional setup and shifting between duties during the shift.

Additional Information

Compensation is competitive and depends on experience.

This is a full-time, mid-shift position based in Santa Ana, CA.
