About the Role

The Junior Recruiter position is based in India and offers the chance to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment with room for independent ownership of recruiting initiatives. This role is suited to someone who is confident, adaptable, and eager to contribute to one of the fastest-growing staffing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including direct sourcing, initial phone screening, and compensation discussions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, existing professional networks, referrals, and internet-based search methods.
  • Evaluate applicants against hiring manager requirements, focusing on relevant experience, functional fit, technical knowledge, and communication ability.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates from first outreach through offer rollout.
  • Coordinate salary expectations, counteroffers, benefits discussions, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct reference verification to confirm candidate authenticity and suitability.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related discipline. Strong computer proficiency is important, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of basic IT concepts.

Shift Requirement

Willingness to work night shifts aligned to EST and PST time zones is required.

Any graduate can apply. Candidates should be comfortable working in Mohali, India, and meeting the shift timing requirement.

Compensation

The stated annual salary range is INR 200,000 to INR 700,000.
