Role overview

This outsourced customer support role is based in Dubai and is suited to Arabic-speaking professionals who can start immediately. The assignment runs for 6 months and may be extended depending on business needs.

Work arrangement

You will work on site in Dubai with a 5-day workweek and standard working hours.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position is AED 5,000 to AED 5,500.

What you will do

  • Support customers by handling questions, complaints, and requests over chat, phone, and in person.
  • Take inbound and outbound calls in a polite, professional, and service-focused way.
  • Maintain service quality and work toward the required performance targets.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting for issues related to the application.

Required background and skills

Candidates should already have prior experience in customer service or a call centre environment. Strong customer service ability, confident call handling, and solid problem-solving skills are essential.
