Role Overview

Hisham Albloshi Holding Group is recruiting a Café Chef to join a newly launched café team without delay. The role is centered on preparing café-style food items with a strong emphasis on desserts that complement coffee, along with simple breakfast and brunch offerings.

Key Focus Areas

The chef will mainly handle desserts such as tiramisu, dessert cups, mini cakes, cold cheesecakes, and other individual portions. The role also includes light café menu items like breakfast plates, brunch dishes, sandwiches, and salads.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for someone with prior exposure to cafés, dessert outlets, brunch-focused concepts, or casual dining environments. A solid general cooking foundation is useful, while bakery-specific experience is not necessary.

Important Clarification

This is not a bakery role. The position does not involve bread production, dough preparation, or making croissants from scratch. Some products, including croissants, may be purchased ready made.

Offer and Joining Terms

The salary offered is SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000 per month, depending on experience. Accommodation and transportation are provided. The employer is seeking an immediate joiner. A transferable Iqama is required, and the candidate must be able to complete the transfer within one month.
