This position is for a Customer Service Associate within the retail environment. The role centers on creating a positive shopping experience by helping customers, supporting sales, keeping the outlet organized, and making sure stock and checkout operations run smoothly.
What you will be doing
- Provide attentive service to customers and support them with their day-to-day needs.
- Handle simple customer concerns and pass more complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Keep the store arranged neatly and aligned with visual merchandising expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness across the sales area so the space stays welcoming and orderly.
- Support incoming deliveries, replenish merchandise, and help maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Suggest relevant products to customers using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Stay informed about product details so recommendations are accurate and useful.
- Work the cash register, process payments, and follow the company’s cash-handling rules.
- Keep the checkout area tidy and ensure transactions are processed correctly.
Skills and experience needed
- Clear and confident verbal communication.

- Good attention to detail when maintaining store presentation.
