Role summary
Flydubai is looking for cabin crew to represent the airline and the city of Dubai. In this role, you will help keep passengers safe while also providing a consistently high level of service throughout every flight. The position suits candidates who are energetic, people-focused, diligent, and committed to creating a positive travel experience.
About the role
You will join a vibrant, international cabin crew team responsible for delivering a smooth, dependable, and safe onboard experience to a broad and varied customer base.
Role requirements
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- A minimum height of 158 cm is required to meet safety standards.
- You should present a polished and professional appearance in line with grooming expectations.
- No visible tattoos are permitted when wearing the uniform.
- A valid passport is required.
- You must be in good health and able to pass an aero medical assessment.
- Strong written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- You need to feel comfortable in water while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Shift flexibility is necessary, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight duty.
- The role calls for enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong service mindset.
- You should be respectful, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- A safety-first approach and the ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively are required.
- Relocation to Dubai, UAE, is expected.
Education and experience
A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory. Previous experience in international aviation will be an added advantage. Candidates should also have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably gained in aviation, hospitality, or retail.
Training bond
The training bond is USD 2,650, which is approximately AED 9,700, for the first year.
Pay and benefits
The compensation package includes a basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance totaling AED 8,275. In addition, there is variable flying pay averaging AED 4,500 per month, based on an average of 90 flying hours.
