Role purpose
Emirates is hiring cabin crew who bring a confident, welcoming presence and can quickly adjust to different situations while helping customers feel comfortable. In this role, you will be a visible representative of the airline and a key point of contact for passengers who need guidance or assistance during their journey.
This position goes far beyond in-flight service. Safety remains the top priority, and you will be expected to handle aircraft service duties, security, and safety procedures with confidence. Training is delivered at Emirates' advanced facility in Dubai, preparing crew members to perform to a high standard.
Experience and qualifications
- You should have at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A positive outlook and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment are important.
- The minimum education requirement is completion of high school, or Grade 12.
- Strong written and spoken English skills are required.
- You must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
- Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
- Since the role is based in Dubai, you must meet the UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits
The compensation package includes three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, an hourly flying allowance for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.
Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours per month. Average total pay: AED 11,244 per month, approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).
Meal allowances for overnight stays are added to salary in arrears the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport.
