Job Purpose
We are seeking individuals with a radiant personality, exceptional adaptability, and the ability to make others feel comfortable to join our cabin crew. As a representative of Emirates, you will be the primary point of contact for passengers, providing assistance and guidance during flights. Key attributes include being friendly, observant, and capable of offering effective support. This role extends beyond mere service; safety is paramount. You will be expected to demonstrate confident leadership and take charge of aircraft services, security, and safety protocols, honed through world-class training at our Dubai facility.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Over one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- A positive demeanor and an innate talent for delivering excellent service within a team setting, interacting with diverse cultures.
- A minimum of a high school diploma (Grade 12).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- A minimum height of 160cm, with the ability to reach 212cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment across all aircraft types.
- No visible tattoos when in Emirates cabin crew uniform, unless covered by bandages or cosmetics.
- Eligibility for a UAE employment visa, as the role is based in Dubai.
Beyond these specific requirements, candidates should be driven to consistently achieve high standards, adopt a solution-oriented approach, and manage a demanding work schedule. The ability to provide an authentic customer experience is crucial. Salary & Benefits
Compensation includes a fixed basic salary, hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance. The approximate monthly earnings for Grade II (Economy Class) are detailed as follows:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours per month)
- Average Total Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 per month (equivalent to roughly USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280)
Meal allowances for overnight stays will be credited the following month. The company provides hotel accommodation and transportation to and from the airport.
