Role overview
Emirates is seeking cabin crew professionals who can bring warmth, adaptability, and confidence to every journey. In this role, you will be the first point of support for passengers, helping them feel comfortable while also representing the airline’s service standards.
This position goes beyond hospitality. Safety is a core part of the job, and you will be expected to handle aircraft service duties, security procedures, and onboard safety responsibilities with calm authority. Training is delivered in Dubai at a dedicated world-class facility.

Candidate profile
The airline is looking for people with a service-focused mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced team environment. Eligibility and requirements
- More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
- A positive, team-oriented approach and a natural ability to deliver strong service are important.
- The minimum educational qualification is Grade 12 / high school graduate.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Minimum height requirement is 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
- The role is based in Dubai and candidates must satisfy UAE employment visa requirements.
- Applicants should be able to meet the demands of a challenging work schedule.
Compensation and benefits
Pay is made up of a basic monthly salary, hourly flying pay, and an overseas meal allowance. The listed pay details for Grade II (Economy Class) are AED 4,980 per month as basic salary, AED 69.60 per flying hour based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours per month, and an average total monthly pay of AED 11,244, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280.
Meal allowances for overnight stays are added to salary arrears in the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport.

Additional information
As part of the role, you will be based in Dubai rather than Auckland. The company provides relocation assistance so you can move and settle in the UAE.
