Job description

Job purpose

We are seeking cabin crew members who bring warmth, adaptability, and a reassuring presence to every journey. In this role, you will be the first point of support for customers onboard, offering guidance, assistance, and a welcoming experience throughout the flight.

This position goes far beyond hospitality. Safety is the top priority, and you will be expected to manage onboard service, security, and safety procedures with confidence and composure. Training is delivered at a modern facility in Dubai to prepare crew members for the demands of the role.

What the role requires

You should be able to stay calm under pressure, handle a busy schedule, and consistently deliver a high standard of service. The ideal candidate is solution-focused, culturally aware, and able to reflect a professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan service style.

Qualifications and experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
  • You must bring a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team serving people from diverse cultures.
  • A minimum of Grade 12 / high school completion is required.
  • Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
  • You must be at least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, so emergency equipment can be accessed on all aircraft types.
  • Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless they are fully covered with bandages or cosmetics.
  • This role is based in Dubai, and you must meet the UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits

The compensation package is made up of three parts: a fixed monthly salary, hourly pay for operated flights, and an overseas meal allowance.

Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay: AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 hours per month. Average total pay: AED 11,244 per month, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for overnight stops are added to salary in arrears the following month.

Accommodation and transport between the airport and hotel are provided by the company. Additional benefits include a tax-free salary, profit share, concessional travel, relocation support for settling in Dubai, free accommodation and transportation, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
