Job description

Role overview

Ryanair is looking for Cabin Crew to join its Memmingen base in Bavaria, Germany. This role is designed for people who enjoy a fast-moving environment, value customer service, and are ready to work in an aviation setting where safety is the top priority.

Every day brings a different schedule and a new destination. There is no desk-based routine here—your workplace is the sky, supporting passengers across a large European network. Ryanair operates across 90+ bases, serves more than 600,000 guests every day, and runs over 3,600 flights daily.

The airline highlights a strong package that includes extensive free training, a 5-on/3-off roster, and staff travel discounts to 250+ destinations. No previous cabin crew experience is required, because the training is meant to equip new recruits with the core skills needed for safe and high-quality in-flight service.

After training, successful candidates receive their Cabin Crew Wings and can begin building a career within the group. Growth paths may include roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even senior inflight leadership positions.

This job can be rewarding and exciting, but it also demands flexibility. Crew members must be prepared for both early and late shifts, with early duty possibly starting as early as 5:00 am and late duty extending until midnight. Applicants should be comfortable with an energetic schedule and a service-oriented, high-tempo workplace.

Application assessments

As part of the selection process, candidates must complete both an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Not completing these assessments will lead to removal from consideration before the interview stage.
